Exchanges & Returns

We do not refund 'change of mind' purchases. If you receive your item(s) and the sizing is unsuitable, upon availability, we can exchange for an alternative size or style. Alternately, a credit voucher (see below) will be issued.

Please read the below terms and conditions:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery to notify us of any exchanges at info@hempclothingaustralia.com - we will provide you with an Exchanges Form to complete.

2. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. Your item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

If your exchange satisfies the conditions above, please contact us at info@hempclothingaustralia.com to proceed with your exchange.

In the event an exchange does not meet the above conditions, Hemp Clothing Australia reserves the right to reject the exchange.

All exchanges are at the cost of the customer, inclusive of return postage fees.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges on international orders. 

Returns will only be accepted in the instance whereby item(s) are defected or faulty.

 

Credit Vouchers

In the instance whereby we are unable to exchange your item(s) due to availability of size or preference, a credit voucher will be issued. 

Pending all conditions are met upon receipt of your exchange, we will issue you with a credit voucher via email, to the value of your return. The email will include the credit voucher code to redeem online at the Hemp Clothing Australia checkout.

Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

 

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a fault or defect please contact us at info@hempclothingaustralia.com

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, whereby a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Return postage is refundable on orders that are deemed faulty.
