Shipping to the United States Suspended (as of 26 August 2025)

We regret to inform our customers that, effective 26 August 2025, we are unable to ship products to the United States (including Puerto Rico). This suspension is due to significant changes in U.S. customs regulations—specifically the removal of the "de minimis" exception, which previously allowed low‑value parcels (under US $800) to enter the country duty‑free.

Under the new rules, all goods—regardless of value—are now subject to mandatory import duties. Australia Post and other carriers have temporarily halted parcel services to the U.S. to avoid unexpected fees, delays, or returns.

We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and actively working with logistics partners and approved customs solution providers to restore shipping as soon as feasible. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will resume shipping to the United States as soon as solutions become available.

International buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, import or local taxes that may apply to the country you are shipping to. Hemp Clothing Australia is not liable or responsible for any delays, fees or taxes due to customs. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within this time frame. 

Hemp Clothing Australia is not liable or responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

 

Plastic-free shipping

We post plastic-free. Our postage bags are 100% biodegradable and compostable, made from vegetable starch.
