Currency

All prices on the Hemp Clothing Australia website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Use the currency conversion tool for additional currency options.

For international customers, transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the AUD amount into your local currency and may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are determined by your payment provider and are not charged by Hemp Clothing Australia.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed and dispatched.

If your payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order may not be processed. Please check your payment details or select an alternative payment method.

 

Afterpay

Afterpay is available as a payment option for eligible customers.

Select Afterpay at checkout and you will be redirected to Afterpay to log in or create an account. Your eligibility, payment schedule and repayments are managed directly by Afterpay and are subject to Afterpay's terms and approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for your purchase, less any applicable transaction or postage fees. 

For purchases made using Afterpay, approved refunds will be processed through Afterpay. Your Afterpay payment schedule will be adjusted where applicable.

Order & Payment Verification

For the protection of our customers, we may contact you to verify an order or payment before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or has been declined, cancelled or reversed.
