These Terms & Conditions outline the conditions that apply when browsing our website or purchasing products from us.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below, together with our relevant store policies.

Hemp Clothing Australia is operated by Hemp Clothing Australia Pty Ltd, based in South Australia.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance, payment authorisation and product availability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • An item is unavailable or out of stock.

  • A pricing or product information error has occurred.

  • Payment cannot be verified or authorised.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the cancelled items.

Please ensure all order details, including shipping addresses and contact information, are accurate before completing your purchase.

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before dispatch, although changes cannot always be guaranteed.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless another currency is selected, and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error requires us to contact you to resolve the issue.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Third-party payment services, including buy now, pay later providers, may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

International customers may incur currency conversion or transaction fees charged by their payment provider.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and prices are accurate and up to date.

Please note:

  • Product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

  • Garment measurements and sizing may vary slightly between styles and production batches.

  • Natural fibres may exhibit slight variations in texture, appearance and colour.

  • Product availability is subject to change.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions, fabric compositions and sizing guides before purchasing.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law where goods do not match their description or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

4. Promotions, Discounts & Sale Periods

From time to time, Hemp Clothing Australia may offer promotional discounts, sale events, special offers or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the advertised period.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

  • Promotional offers may be subject to product exclusions or additional conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion.

Sale Items & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday and storewide sales, are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

Our standard return conditions apply. These conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs and available delivery services are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, public holidays, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking information where available.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged during transit, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

6. International Orders, Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. These charges will be displayed as part of your order total before payment.

Where duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, additional charges may be payable upon import or delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import requirements in their destination country and paying any charges not collected by Hemp Clothing Australia, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery may be affected by customs inspections, regulatory requirements and processing delays.

Due to increasing complexities surrounding international customs regulations, tariffs and import duties, we currently do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on eligible Australian purchases, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible full-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, provided the applicable return conditions are met.

Change-of-mind refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee for repackaging and handling.

Sale items and purchases made during promotional periods are eligible for exchanges or store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.

Our online Returns & Exchanges Portal allows customers to initiate returns, request exchanges and report faulty or incorrect items.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit issued by Hemp Clothing Australia can be redeemed towards eligible purchases through our online store.

  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

  • Store credit issued under our Returns & Exchanges Policy has no expiry date.

  • Gift card expiry dates, where applicable, will comply with Australian law and be disclosed at the time of purchase or issue.

  • Any remaining balance may be used towards future eligible purchases, subject to applicable conditions.

Please keep gift card details and redemption codes secure.

If you experience difficulties using a gift card or store credit, please contact our customer service team.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Hemp Clothing Australia website, including photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos and website design elements, is owned by or licensed to Hemp Clothing Australia unless otherwise stated.

Website content is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Our change-of-mind return conditions, processing fees, sale exclusions and other store policies do not override these statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We take reasonable care to ensure our website and services are accurate, secure and available.
